You have somewhere to be and nothing to wear. We built Outfit Ideas for that moment. Every guide answers one question, “what do I wear to this?”, whether it’s a winter wedding, a first-day interview or a beach birthday dinner.
The site is run by Mohamed, with a small team that cares more about whether an outfit works than whether it’s trendy.
How we choose looks
We start with the occasion: the dress code, the weather, the time of day, and how much walking, sitting or dancing you’ll do. Then we build complete looks from clothing, shoes and accessories sold by US retailers. A look only makes the cut if the pieces work together, the sizes are realistic and the items are in stock at the time we publish.
The three-price promise
Every guide shows three full looks for the same occasion:
- Budget: a complete outfit at the lowest total we can responsibly find.
- Mid: better fabrics and fit, for people who want to wear it again.
- Splurge: investment pieces and designer names.
No tier is the “right” one. You shouldn’t need a big budget to look good, so the Budget look is never an afterthought.
How we check prices
We add up the price of each item at the retailer when we publish, and we re-check on a regular schedule. Prices and stock change quickly, so always confirm the final price at checkout. Read more in our editorial policy.
A note on our images
Our look images are AI try-on images, made with FASHN from the retailers’ own product photos. They are not photographs of real people wearing the clothes, and every one is labelled as AI-generated. Fabric, colour and fit can look different in person, so check the retailer’s page and reviews.
